Overview:
Dutch company LGH Hijsmaterieel BV has 20+ employees with circa €4m turnover.

Problem:
LGH Hijsmaterieel BV could not accurately record employee payroll using their current system.

Goal:
LGH Hijsmaterieel BV wanted a payroll recording and control solution which could:

• Log employee attendance, man hours, overtime, holidays, and ‘on call’ periods
• Be widely accessible and allow central approval

Solution:
Sollertia gave LGH Holland access to their online attendance system which provides full visibility to staffing records and monthly history.

Outcome:
Sollertia handles the whole payroll process including:

• Calculating the correct tax and national insurance
• Production of security employee payslips
• Arranging electronic payment of tax and NI to the Dutch Government
