Bespoke Online Accounting Package

Overview:
Skin Genesis was founded in 2003 and now has three non-surgical treatment clinics.

Problem:
As a young but fast growing company Skin Genesis used many off-the shelf accounting software packages that could not deliver what they needed. Each clinic used different accounting software and it was a difficult and long-winded task to produce management accounts for the company as a whole. The administration staff also had very little knowledge of bookkeeping and therefore the record keeping wasn’t accurate enough to produce meaningful management accounts, that the directors could base business decisions on.

Goal:
To have a central user-friendly accounts package that is simple for the staff at each clinic to use in order to input and raise purchase orders when necessary, and also to keep a record of all sales transactions.

Solution:
Sollertia migrated all the Skin Genesis clinics from their previous accounting software packages to the online Sollertia accounting system;

• Sollertia staff checked all the previous inputting and rectified coding errors
• To use Sollertia’s online purchase order system and sales record system
• Re-training internal administration staff on the new accounting systems and the simple procedures
